Mike and Christina, my 2 physical therapists are awesome! They know how to connect with their patients and get them motivated to achieve their goals. I certainly gained a lot of confidence and strength based on their exercise regimens. The entire staff is friendly and has a great attitude about their work. Mike Ryan deserves special recognition for the excellent job he does. Brian Wright is always bubbly and friendly and is a great trainer one-on-one and for groups. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains each exercise clearly. He pushes me to be my best but stays aware of my limitations to avoid injuries. I’m seeing results and would highly recommend Lance and 30 Plus Fit. The gym is great, clean well run, great atmosphere and clientele.

Its challenging, but you can make modifications and Im told that it never actually gets "easier"... but that as time goes on the person who is exercising gets stronger! Frenite: This planet fitness is a very good gym overall. There’s expensive space, no shortage of equipment, friendly staff, clean facility, and the prices are very reasonable. You can get any workout you want here because of their large variety of machines and equipment. I don’t know what else you could ask for in a gym. I give this place my full recommendation.

After running into some roadblocks, Nico was incredibly helpful and steadfast in resolving them. His communication skills are top-notch, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about people. Even after the sale was over, he spent his time to ensure everything was just right.
