He is extremely knowledgeable and explains each exercise clearly. He pushes me to be my best but stays aware of my limitations to avoid injuries. I’m seeing results and would highly recommend Lance and 30 Plus Fit. The gym is great, clean well run, great atmosphere and clientele.

Its challenging, but you can make modifications and Im told that it never actually gets "easier"... but that as time goes on the person who is exercising gets stronger! Frenite: This planet fitness is a very good gym overall. There’s expensive space, no shortage of equipment, friendly staff, clean facility, and the prices are very reasonable. You can get any workout you want here because of their large variety of machines and equipment. I don’t know what else you could ask for in a gym. I give this place my full recommendation.
