5 /5 Shawn and Alyson Williams: I LOVE this bank! First time in years that I can call and receive a LIVE person and I dont have to hold but MAYBE one minute if at all! Theyre VERY polite and above all, helpful!! Ive never had such a great experience with a bank and that was calling them about 8 times because I signed up for an account online and had MANY questions and they answered everyone of them with much knowledge. Looking forward to seeing them in person this week!
