Carrie I have been banking with Eglin for almost ten years. I will forever bank with this branch for their great car loans, and mainly Terri Joe or TJ! I remember when I was 19 and struggling to get a car loan and she walked me through the whole process. I’ve since gone back and gotten two more cars because of her! Always thankful for her help and advice!

Chris Dont get me wrong: I am not going to a bank to use their restroom. But I had to and found out that its a coed restroom with 2 stalls in it. Now THAT is wrong!!!

James Williams The staff is friendly, and take the time to remember you. They took the time to even help me fill out a credit card application. The best thing is if you lose your debit card you can just go to the bank and ask for a new one. It only takes about 10 minutes not the 5 - 10 business days that most banks make you wait.

Larry Grisham been a member for 43 years...never had this this kind of bad treatment by an EFCU staff member. we usually deal with Eglin or South Crestview branches n occasionally the FWB HQ. the staff member at North Crestview was rude, gave out bad information on two areas n continued to be rude as I walked out. this was frustrating. seem to be making up stuff as she went. wasnt professional n top it off she was training a new person. this happened a week ago on 2 May. want going write a review...suggestion that she gets RETRAINED. of she does bad behavior to one customer its possible she has done it before and will possible do it again...it could already be a bad pattern. lets hope not. I will never use NORTH CRESTVIEW EFCU AGAIN. if she is in other branches I will ask for the supervisor n have someone else with my issues. very dissatisfied with EFCU, right now. one bad apple does effect the company, customers n the community. hope something is done about this person. retraining is highly recommended. she needs help.

Ray Rickman I was serviced by a very intelligent young lady. She was polite and knowledgeable of the various services Allin provides. She worked diligently to satisfy my every request and was successful. I was very satisfied with her efforts and purchased a CD in the amount that she recommended. Im glad they added a convenient location that I can use more often.

Katie Robinson Crestviews PenAir Credit Union is located across from Winn-Dixie and centered between Publix and Autozone. This location had its soft opening last week. Their grand opening is 4 October. There is a coin center on the right, 2 atms on the left. In the middle is the reception area and a tablet to request assistance. Beyond the reception area is the customer education area and offices. Outside, around the back of the building is 2 drive thru lanes with atms. This is handicap wheelchair accessible business with two handicap parking spots in the front. I went in last week to get assistance with my online account. I was happily surprised at how easily I was able finish the setup. The ladies were friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. This business definitely will be an asset to the community.

Karen StaleyKort What a friendly branch. Im from out of state and stopped by to use the ATM. When the machine gave me a hard time I went into the branch. I talked with four employees and spent almost an hour interacting with them. My problem was solved and I walked away with a smile and in a great mood because of them. Not just customer service, friendly neighborhood service and caring human interaction.
