First State Bank of FL Keys - Stock Island Office - Key West Michael Conelly: I used their ATM machine yesterday attempting to make a withdrawal for $260, the cash became stuck in the dispenser, and as I attempted to extract it, it was sucked back in. I immediately went into the office at which time they told me there was nothing they could do as I was not a member of the bank. They showed no concern for my plight, gave me no info other than contact my bank, and the more questions I asked that they could not answer, with no other customers whatsoever in the bank that I could be delaying, they eventually asked me to leave or they "would call the police". They had no interest in checking the ATM or contacting someone else who could. I left quietly and later thought I should have been the one calling police and maybe they or someone could have viewed the CCTV footage that records all ATM transactions. Phew! Thinking I would never become a member there for real now.
