1 /5 Brittany Garcia: Had an appointment today for the second time I will admit I called to reschedule that was at 3 Because I wasn’t able to get off of work early enough anyways so when I called up there a couple hours ahead and let the girl at the front desk know she was very rude and stated that next time I will have to pay upfront that didn’t bother me understandable it was my second time rescheduling I get it I know they have to get paid to the fact that bothered me is how she spoke to me and was very rude on top of that it would be nice if you can get a reminder call the day before or that morning whenever you’re going to have a appointment but the girl at the front desk didn’t even call me they never called to remind me that two days I had appointments in my opinion this place seems like she and they need to hire Better staff at the front desk friendlier is a must! Also I know lawyers have to get paid and you expect to be paying a decent amount since you are trying to get a lawyer appointed but this place seems like they’re all about money and not in the best intrest of their client! Glad I didn’t hire her the way I was treated by front desk staff.
