They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and they do top quality custom work and repairs. Their staff is knowledgable and friendly. I took an heirloom piece to them to be repaired and updated. My sales associate Paul provided me with several excellent suggestions via the computer. I made my selection and Pablo designed my ring right on the premises!! The beauty of this piece exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Karadema Jewelers!

    Ashley Mikula: Brought in my grandmother’s diamond necklace that is my daily wear due to the diamond becoming loose in the prongs. I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

Its probably because my wife and I are relatively young, and because my wife already knew the pendant I wanted, we walked in asking for it. But if the saleswoman had been friendlier, Im sure she would have gotten us a cross-sale. If we were in the store for 10 minutes, thats a long time. But Im glad she understood my Spanish when I told my wife the chain was short, because (in English) she said she would sell us a longer one, and we gladly bought it.
