5 /5 Cassie Hamilton: Just started SPENGA and have been to 5 classes and love the switch up from my normal routine! I have never been a huge spin class advocate but the 20 min is just enough to not hate it and just enough to kick my ass! Then the strength training adds the extra oomph to sculpting and not forgetting a muscle group! Leaving the yoga for the relaxation and stretch part to close with zen! It’s honestly pretty legit! If you haven’t tried it, I would say go do it! I was a skeptic and now I’m an advocate!
