1 /5 Wendy V: Unresponsive & Incompetent. I engaged this law firm because of the good reviews I read. We were assigned Amy Guin. What a mistake. In the time of need, she wouldn’t return phone calls or reply to emails. You will get the run around. They will tell you to call at a certain time because she wouldn’t be in court and will be available, and then when you do call, they will say she is in court. Then they will say…you have to call again because the attorneys can’t call you. What law firm has attorneys who are not allowed to call their client? Such BS. You will be wasting your time engaging this law firm, and you will end up frustrated if you have Amy as your attorney.

She does not have the decency to return phone calls or emails, leaving you and your love one in the balance. If you dont want to take chances with your life or the life of your loved one, then go elsewhere. These positive reviews Amy gets probably indicates that she is picking and choosing who she FULLY represents after she takes your money.
