Wendy V Unresponsive & Incompetent. I engaged this law firm because of the good reviews I read. We were assigned Amy Guin. What a mistake. In the time of need, she wouldn’t return phone calls or reply to emails. You will get the run around. They will tell you to call at a certain time because she wouldn’t be in court and will be available, and then when you do call, they will say she is in court. Then they will say…you have to call again because the attorneys can’t call you. What law firm has attorneys who are not allowed to call their client? Such BS. You will be wasting your time engaging this law firm, and you will end up frustrated if you have Amy as your attorney.
