I recently got engaged on my cruise and the ring didn’t quite fit. I called to make sure they were able to do it in store. When I called I spoke to Les Dawson, let me just say this he is absolutely fantastic! He answered all of my questions and was so friendly. When I went in to drop the ring off I spoke with him again and was pleased with how nice everyone including him were. We paid extra to get done expressed and I got a call the next morning not to long after they were open that my ring was ready. I will be going back if I need anything else. This is by far the best jewelry store I’ve been to! Props to Les Dawson for great customer service and going above and beyond!

They carry very unique gift items that you probably would not encounter anywhere else. Very impressed. We purchased an exquisite vase as a gift for a friend. We purchased studs for my daughter, and she received her ears pierced here. Had my watch battery replaced today while I browsed around. Prices on merchandise and services are comparable to Tallahassee. It is better to buy local. Overall experience is very good. Highly recommend Padgett Jewelers.
