5 /5 Gemechis Tolu: I recently visited Trust Bank in Gainesville and experienced a disappointing level of customer service from one of their employees. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor, I was met with condescension by a larger Caucasian woman, who seemed displeased that I hadnt emailed ahead regarding a $400 petty cash withdrawal. This encounter left me feeling belittled and disrespected. While I have left a 5-star rating as I dont wish to negatively impact the banks overall rating, I believe its important for management to address this issue. I suggest providing anger management training and perhaps considering a role better suited to her strengths. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

1 /5 l m: Dont do banking with this bank, I deposit money orders and this bank cashed the money orders the next day.Then put my account on hold / review ,never sent my debit card. They will cause you hard ship the customer service, Sarah Smith was very helpful. And the lady who signed me up. Save your selves dont put your money in this bank.

5 /5 Maria Mondejar: I am from South Florida and I am visiting my daughter in Gainesville. I was having issues signing in the mobile App. Tried calling online yesterday but the call kept dropping. So, I figured the next best thing was to pray that there was a Truist open on Saturday. This was the closet location. Walked in and the young lady Lia ( not sure if that’s how you spell her name) was extremely helpful and was able to resolve my issue. She even took the time to enter the info on my phone as I was having trouble doing so. Thank God this Truist was open on Saturday and thank you again Lia for your willingness to help and a smile on your face while taking care of me.

1 /5 Smiley B: Teller Inside was rude and short with me when all I did was walk in and ask for help with bonds as Ive never done anything with them before. I was the only customer in the bank, and nobody was in the drive-through. We had spoken prior a couple of weeks ago, and she told me to come back on a weekday because they take a long time, so I came back today ( its Monday). I guess she just doesnt want to deal with them, so Ill be going to a different bank for my business.

1 /5 Becca Brammer: By far the worst banking experience we have ever had. We opened our account 3 weeks ago and was told it would be 5 days for debit card to arrive.. 5 days go by, no card, we go to the bank. They have frozen our account because they needed some sort of ID they didnt get from us. No call, email, or text just a frozen account. Unfreeze account. 5 More days go by, no card. Go to the bank again, to find out the teller didnt push the button on the computer to resend the card... Now, after 18 days we still dont have a debit card and have tried to close our account but cant because we withdrew $250 cash four days ago that is still pending in their system!!! This bank is a joke.

Christian Winborn: These people are awesome and the lady I dealt with today on 8/6/25 was great! She couldnt have been more polite and helpful. I had two out of state personal checks from my grandparents. Two different checks, two different banks. She called and verified the checks, which my grandfather loved, due to his recent bout with scammers. Once they confirmed the checks were legit, I was on my way in two minutes. My bank was going to take 5 business days to put the money in my account due to being out of state. The fee was pretty standard, I think around 2.5% just doing the math off the top of my head, which was just fine having to do it in a pinch

Robbin Taylor: This has been my primary bank for almost 10 years but I’m about ready to switch to another credit union. This new update is terrible. I can’t send money to a new e-mail or phone number through Zelle until they approve it..that’s ridiculous. A few weeks ago they also printed my new debit card incorrectly and I could not set a pin or use it and had to come back in to get another printed… again this is my primary bank so I didn’t have access to my money for hours. You call and they make you wait hours for a call back to speak with their “debit card” department. I think I’ll be going over to Tyndall or Innovations due to all the technical issues this bank has and dumb security measures. Update: PCU reached out to me and corrected the issue. The customer service from Keith Herrick and Shannon Williams was great. I am now able to send money as I please without restrictions. Thank you again!

Betty Allen: I love coming to this Circle K. Tonesha is such a pleasure to see when I walk inside and I’m greeted immediately. She always has a wonderful attitude everyday when I come in. She’s such a ray of sunshine. It’s nice to come into and establishment and feel welcomed. It’s rare these days.
