I enjoy doing business with companies that have happy employees, as it says a lot about their values and how they treat people. Seeing how genuinely happy they were was a green flag for me, so I moved forward with opening my account. Tiffany was wonderful and walked me through the process, explaining all my options. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience; it felt like talking to an old friend. Derek, their manager, even came in to welcome me to the community and their bank. It was a wonderful experience with fantastic customer service.
