2 /5 MJ Cubo: Been here twice and both times it felt like something else was happening. On 2nd try my I asked for a battery replacement for my watch as it had started slowing down. The watch kept time poorly for about 2-3 days. Then, it stopped completely. Never happed to me elsewhere before. Doubtful I received the new battery that I paid for. Could the repairman somehow get the 2 batteries mixed up? Maybe, but seems that if he could not manage a simple battery swap it would be doubtful that he could be able to manage more intricate watch repairs. Too bad, the store is conveniently located. But I need reliable service and expect welcoming employees upon arrival.

He went above and beyond in working with a supplier so that I essentially have a brand new watch for the price of a watch face. It’s not the first time I’ve worked with them and always find them professional and resourceful.

After contacting them via IG, they handled the courier issue and sent an item to me, one month later. The item I received was not what I ordered. It was a completely different jacket. When asked about the item or refund, they ignored my request. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!!!

Ive been there many times, made purchases,and had repairs done, and the pricing and customer service are very inconsistent. My jeweler in Ny actually never even charged me for repairs, which I believe is a great way to retain loyal customers. Although we have negotiated decent deals in the past , there were a few times that Ive decided to purchase from other jewelers due to the high prices. They do have great inventory and can pretty much custom make anything.

I was instantly greeted & told he could have the repair done in 15-20 minutes! When I returned in 20 minutes, my ring was fixed, fit perfectly & looked like new!
