Calvin Phuong: This location is quite disappointing. Their drive-thru ATM, of which only one exist out of three lanes, is constantly not working. Do not attempt to call this place via phone. It is an absolute waste of time. They will never answer the phone and there is no recourse for having a callback. VyStar credit Union is a much better bank and they do not charge ridiculous fees as does Bank of America. I have been a customer with Bank of America for nearly 20 years. That will be ending this year. Much of that has to do with the lack of service from Bank of America in Fernandina Beach and yulee.
