1 /5 Joseph: Terrible experience here, my wife and I first came in to resize a ring, and we were quoted $160, way more than any other place we checked (although, this place was going to be faster since they have an on-site jeweler, so theres that).
Since this was a $50 ring (my wife has a very nice ring for special occasions, this one is just for casual outings), we just decided to get a new set, and ordered one for $140ish. This was CZ and silver I believe, a basic set.
Within 2 days of wearing it, a stone fell out, so I took it in the next day they were open to see about fixing or returning it. The jeweler checks it out, then says "it looks like someone took a pair of pliers and pried the stone out" while looking directly at me. He then said it "definitely didnt leave their store like that". Remember, this is a teeny tiny cubic zirconia stone that has a street value of maybe a penny... I didnt respond to the ridiculous accusation, and after he huffed and puffed with another lady that works there they agreed to replace the stone free of charge, which I was thankful for.
Well, we got the ring back a week or two later, and my wife wore it for about 3 or 4 more times... and 3 more stones have fallen out of it. My wife doesnt wear this ring for work (shes a veterinarian and dogs would try to eat it, which is dangerous), only the wedding band, so this is a brand new ring that has been worn "maybe" 5 times at most.
So, obviously Ive been sold some junk ring, my wife even commented that it didnt look like the picture (we ordered this from a big book they have), so Im not even sure its a new ring. There was no paperwork from the place we ordered it from, so honestly who knows what we bought and from who.
Anyways, as I dont want to deal with these people again after the insane accusations we got the first time, we are just going to trash the engagement ring and shell find another one. But I wanted to leave a review for our experience so everyone knows to watch out for this place. If you order from their "book", ask questions about where the ring is coming from, warranty, etc. Or better yet, just dont risk it and shop somewhere else!
One star because I have to, so Im giving the one star to the friendly dog, not to the workers. Thanks!
