4 /5 Sid Rashlich: Really well maintained gym. Ive been going to this location for almost a year and never had any major issues. Great, working equipment. The only complaint I have is for misplaced dumbbells and attachments that could either be imposed on the visitors to put back or distributed better by the team members.

5 /5 Carol Norris _Dialed In Fitness: Great gym with a pretty good variety of fine training equipment. This particular franchise is well maintained and regularly improving their equipment variety. The gym is set up well for strength development and functional training. The crowd, from the staff to the members, is all very nice and friendly. Its never too busy to come in and crush a great workout!

1 /5 Vic: They trap you into a contract for 12 months at a shitty gym and still charge you when you move away and only went twice. The gyms aren’t worth shit. -10/10 wouldn’t recommend

5 /5 Elisabeth Gardner: I have been attending the South Pompano YouFit gym since September and the experience has literally changed my life! I particularly love the silver sneakers programs and now religiously attend them. The instructors are excellent and the entire staff are very friendly and approachable. This is a very clean and well-maintained gym and I will surely remain a faithful member for years to come!

3 /5 Wingman: The equipment needs updating for sure. There is only one curling bench. The cable weight machine uses the old school bars which are hard to grip. There are better newer machines that should be bought to compete with the newer gyms The staff are mostly all younger plastic attitudes. They allow people to carry off weights. You find weights everywhere. Staff just leaves them. They do pick them up eventually. You see weights in the machine only area! They mostly stand around talking to each other or texting. This gym has great potential if these issues were addressed. You can get a good workout with what they offer. The one older cleaning lady is cleaning constantly. She cleans everything. I don’t see anyone ever helping her. Staff has plenty of opportunities to do so. Put your phones down. You got time to text. You got time to pick up and clean! I’ve seen staff doing more than standing around texting! Yeah! Some not all have started picking up the weights that have just been left by patrons. There is just a machine area which uses no free weights. People take and just leave weights. There is no reason to have free weights there. Supervision is needed or post a sign. Do not remove free weights from its area. There’s still not enough improvement to change the star rating.
