They would fix the second problem that wasnt mentioned during Diagnostics for another $1,000. Quoted me $450 for the part that I can buy for $58. Do not take your vehicle to these people.

Causing damage and having to ride around like this until I could get the same job redone elsewhere because he wanted to not take responsibility for it- ended up taking the loss and getting the work done later down the line - should have fixed the issue by having me come back to put a bolt on or refunding me but he wanted to act like it was something I did- I no longer have the car- I’d never go back to this rush job place

Erik Ahlberg I bought a 2019 Jeep from CarMax and got the MaxCare warranty. Jeep staring leaking water/coolant so I called CarMax and they said to bring it to Nicholas at B2J auto in Daytona. So glad I did. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They diagnosed the problem immediately (water pump) and send it all the info to get the claim approved by MaxCare. Within 1 hour Nicholas was calling me that repair was approved and vehicle would be ready within a few days. Well, within a few days it was completed. Would highly recommend B2J and Nicholas for anyone with or without a CarMax warranty. Fast service! Great communication throughout! Nicholas did what he said he was going to do when he was going to do it. You simply cannot find that anywhere these days. 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!!

Rachel N DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. We took our Chevy k5 blazer here for a starter repair. Should have been a simple fix. Initially we thought the shop was going to be great since it was recommended by our neighbor. First time we took the truck in they told us they would get working on it. Four days later we called to check in and see the status. We were told the guy was sick and hadnt started. We were told he would start on it next week. Another half a week goes by we call again. He says he fixed the starter and we pay. Get it home and the starter still grinds. We try to drive it and the starter won’t work again. He says to bring it back in so he can readjust the starter. Long story short the readjustments happen over and over for several weeks. Each time we dropped the truck off on the date they said and the truck would be left for a week or more. When we’d call he’d have excuses like “oh I went out racing.” Or “it’s on the lift now” when it was supposedly on the lift four days prior. After getting the truck back the third or fourth time he finally decides to fix the issue. Says he’ll give us a deal on the repair since we’ve been going back and forth for 2 months now. We got it home and it’s pouring transmission fluid now. Starter might work but the truck won’t if it’s just leaking fluid. He clearly didn’t pay attention to detail when putting things back together. This is a fair warning for everyone to not take your vehicles here. The guy running it clearly has better things to do other than the jobs he’s being paid to do. Your car or truck will sit for months and not fully get repaired.
