One time is enough for me. I couldnt possibly send a wife,family member,or friend there to have to deal with that. It goes both ways. "You never know the day others are having".⁸

1 /5 Jess: Left one of the bolts off when putting the caliper back on when doing my brakes. Causing damage and having to ride around like this until I could get the same job redone elsewhere because he wanted to not take responsibility for it- ended up taking the loss and getting the work done later down the line - should have fixed the issue by having me come back to put a bolt on or refunding me but he wanted to act like it was something I did- I no longer have the car- I’d never go back to this rush job place
