5 /5 London Blu: The nicest bunch of people you ever met. They worked on our Land Rover defender today. It’s like I knew them all my life in a couple hours. The car was fixed. I couldn’t ask for anything better highly recommend family business. No better people to work with. It was an absolute pleasure! I will be going back the next time. I need something. Do yourself a favor stop here they will take care of you too!

5 /5 jen scott: Pros: Family run business, takes their time to talk with you, never tries to upsell you, fixes the issue and, if they cant for some reason, theyre honest. Cons: The worst I can say is theyre so popular, theyre booked a week or two in advance

5 /5 Valerie Duval: They were amazing and not just because they fixed my car and explained things to me and spoke to me with understanding and with a real human connection but when my son broke his arm today on our way to the shop to pick up the car they picked us up and the real genuine concern, compassion, and empathy they showed me and my son proves that faith in real humanity can be restored. He, George, got out of the car helped my son, consoled and calmed me down. I will forever be grateful for your kindness. Thank you for everything!

I was in an accident near their location and they stored my property until I could return after seeking the medical attention I needed. They did not ask for a dime and provided me with a video of the accident. I wish there were more people as great as the family of British American Auto Repair. Thanks guys youre the BEST!

5 /5 Lani: My Jeep Grand Cherokee wouldn’t start while I was visiting Dayton Beach and I had to have it towed to George’s repair shop. From the beginning George was very communicative, keeping me up to date on his investigation. As it turned out, the Jeep started on George’s first, and subsequent attempts and he was never able to reproduce the crank (but not start problem). He did so much research and analysis on the vehicle and came up with a theory, and explained that theory to me in order to let any future mechanics know if the problem ever reoccurred. Rather than charge me to replace parts that didn’t need replacing (like a fuel pump $$$), George was honest and told me he was not able to reproduce the symptoms. I totally appreciate his integrity and his dedication to suss out the issue.
