I said yeah, he tells me to exit the car and he would drive it in and do the oil change. I went inside to view the prices and I figured it would be the 79.99 dollar, the cheapest one on the list. He gets done and I go inside the store and he says 147.00 And some change. I never said that I needed anyone to check my fluids and just because he (says) he checked? Really? The economy is horrible, people can barely afford to buy groceries and your company wants to over charge for an oil change? And why are most of the posts here like 5,6,7 years old? And all 5 Stars? Yeah, I should have disputed it instead of just paying for it. But I can show how bad these people are by the reviews Im giving.

The owners didn’t hesitate to offer repairing my car and being out of town and needing to get back home, they made it a priority to get me back on the road. Best customer service you could ever ask for. They were kind and fair with my issue. One phone call was all it took for me to choose T&R to have my car towed to and repaired. Mike Sallette If you need AC repair, go somewhere else. I took my truck in on a Tuesday because the AC was blowing warm. They checked for leaks, refilled the system, and charged me $155. By Wednesday, it was blowing hot again. I brought it back Thursday, and they told me they couldn’t find a leak but suspected the evaporator was the problem—an estimated $2,500 repair. Since I wasn’t ready for that, they suggested trying stop leak as a temporary fix. I agreed and was told Id only pay for the can ($48.33). When I picked up my truck Friday morning, I was charged $166. When I asked why, they claimed they had to perform another AC service. Wait—what did I just pay for on Tuesday? The first "service" clearly didn’t fix the issue, and now they were charging me again to redo it. This is unacceptable. A repair shop shouldnt charge twice for the same unresolved problem. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend you take your business elsewhere.

It’s 2 days before the 4th, everything is closed Friday and everyone was jam packed with work, NOBODY could fit me in until the weekend. I didn’t give up though and kept googling and came across T & R Auto. They told me they were busy as well but they’d squeeze me in within an hour or so. Got here and only waited about an hour before they pulled me around! The lady at the front desk was so friendly and just talked to us while we waited. Fantastic customer service!!

Morris McDaniel Charged for installation that they couldnt perform at twice the cost, also charged for tire disposal, which they didnt perform. Because, they said they could not get the tires on the car, but charged double. This is not a tire shop, goto St. Lucie Tire. Next, they tried a bait and switch by morethan doubling the cost of their estimate from $125 to $291 to install a wheel hub. Last but not least, the chief mechanic definitely has a negative attitude, very poor customer service attitude, borderline nasty! These guys are not worth the risk of referring to anyone who you value! Two thumbs down!, I stand by my comments. McDaniel

These guys know their stuff and are committed to customer service. The shop and waiting area were super clean too. You will not be disappointed with choosing them to work on your car/truck. Keith Brenner Paid 130$ for them to lock up my brand new compressor, they said I could use my old condenser and they’d have my ac running - then appointment day they say my car has Black Death and needs over 1300$ in repairs. No wonder they won’t allow customers to watch repairs, as I had asked and he was very timid about it saying I had to drop off the car and come back for it, They drained my oil and allowed my engine to run knocking, which created engine problems now that they won’t look at because I know what they did. when brought up to Mike he was so hurt that I knew what he did that he yelled at me when I approached the business the next day telling me to leave or he will have me trespassed. Shady scam business stay far away. Mechanics were very rude and said I had a bad car basically total jerk offs all I came here for was a simple repair which ended up them wanting to trespass me?

I went over there to get some after-market headlight assemblies installed on my car. Although it was a little challenging these guys took their time to figure it out and installed it properly. They even made multiple trips to the auto parts store to buy extra connectors that they did not have on hand to make sure everything was done right. They are military/veteran friendly, they gave me a discount when they found out I was a veteran. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
