1 /5 Morris McDaniel: Charged for installation that they couldnt perform at twice the cost, also charged for tire disposal, which they didnt perform. Because, they said they could not get the tires on the car, but charged double. This is not a tire shop, goto St. Lucie Tire. Next, they tried a bait and switch by morethan doubling the cost of their estimate from $125 to $291 to install a wheel hub. Last but not least, the chief mechanic definitely has a negative attitude, very poor customer service attitude, borderline nasty! These guys are not worth the risk of referring to anyone who you value! Two thumbs down!, I stand by my comments. McDaniel

5 /5 Kameron Kinser: I had an excellent experience with Asian American Auto. Jimmy was able to diagnose and fix a problem with my ABS actuator. A part I was told could only be repaired at the dealership. These guys know their stuff and are committed to customer service. The shop and waiting area were super clean too. You will not be disappointed with choosing them to work on your car/truck. I know Ill be using them again in the future.

I said yeah, he tells me to exit the car and he would drive it in and do the oil change. I went inside to view the prices and I figured it would be the 79.99 dollar, the cheapest one on the list. He gets done and I go inside the store and he says 147.00 And some change. I never said that I needed anyone to check my fluids and just because he (says) he checked? Really? The economy is horrible, people can barely afford to buy groceries and your company wants to over charge for an oil change? And why are most of the posts here like 5,6,7 years old? And all 5 Stars? Yeah, I should have disputed it instead of just paying for it. But I can show how bad these people are by the reviews Im giving.

They initially quoted me a labor rate, but when I went to pick up my car, they told me a completely different, higher rate without any prior warning. Their dishonesty and manipulative practices are unbelievable. To make matters worse, the owners son assaulted me during a dispute and was arrested. I would strongly advise against going here – the lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable.

There is a reason he is called the "doctor". If you want your BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Mini, or anything else to run perfectly he is the guy. He stayed extra late into the next morning no less to get me serviced and complete with a major engine overhaul. My 335i is running better than ever. Like brand new. CAK gets all of my business from now on. Very reasonable on pricing and his turnaround is so quick. Cannot recommend enough.
