1 /5 LoriGlory77: The first and last time I come here for an oil change. The Guy comes out and says fully synthetic oil I take it. I said yeah, he tells me to exit the car and he would drive it in and do the oil change. I went inside to view the prices and I figured it would be the 79.99 dollar, the cheapest one on the list. He gets done and I go inside the store and he says 147.00 And some change. I never said that I needed anyone to check my fluids and just because he (says) he checked? Really? The economy is horrible, people can barely afford to buy groceries and your company wants to over charge for an oil change? And why are most of the posts here like 5,6,7 years old? And all 5 Stars? Yeah, I should have disputed it instead of just paying for it. But I can show how bad these people are by the reviews Im giving.

1 /5 100k Whipz: I’ve been a loyal customer since the age of 18, I’m 39 now. Always a pleasant experience…. until today. One of the workers had the nastiest attitude I’ve seen in a while. I simply asked them to not let my windows down due to them being freshly tinted and he got mad and started slamming my door and slammed my car in drive. After that we exchanged words and I proceeded to take my car to another shop for the service. I literally have a fleet of vehicles and I will never come back due to the disrespect. These businesses need to train their employees how to talk to customers instead of bringing their personal issues from home to work. Everyone is getting held accountable

5 /5 carson roll: I been going here for years absolutely love the place. Randy the best honest service tech I know. I dont like stuff break down on my car. I try to replace everything. He always told me I dont need that part right now. Randy actually explain the problem your vehicle may be having. Vince he is ok try to give you a reasonable price. I been other places before no matter. How many times I show up they never knew me by name. Not at express care they all know me.
