William Harries Aersi has really came through for me a few times in the past year that I’ve been utilizing their service. I am a traveling musician, and drive a 2000 4Runner that has been driven all over the USA. 240k on the body and probably 290k or so on the engine. The 4Runner suffered from a cracked head/ head gasket leak that year, and Aersi patched it up solid for me, and had the truck back just in time for tour. I have driven to New York City, out to Minnesota, and back to Florida, back to NYC, and back to Florida again since then and haven’t had one hiccup aside from a loose connection on the radiator. You can’t expect your mechanic to be a miracle worker, but Aersi has come close for me this year, and I am really appreciative. Reliability isn’t always cheap, but they does good honest work, and won’t sell you anything you don’t need. Big thanks to Rachel for dealing with all my phone calls, to the diligent mechanics, and to Joe of course.

Des I recently had some scratches and a dent on my car repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Armand was fantastic from start to finish: super professional, clear, and responsive. The communication was great, with consistent follow-ups throughout the week so I always knew what was happening. The service was impressively quick, and the price was very reasonable. Brad OHara I have an Explorer that was jerking on acceleration. Before taking to Dad’s I had 2 mechanics and two Ford dealerships. None of them could fix it. One suggested $6,000 transmission. My brother-in-law said go see his guy who has kept his Explorer running for nearly 500,000 miles. Well long story short he diagnosed the problem and my vehicle is running like a top! Khaled Elraie First time using them. Had a great experience. I had gone to another "fancy" shop downtown first. Those other guys told me I needed a bunch of repairs that I didnt think I needed (replace control arms, replace all fluids, brake pads, etc.) that would have totaled $3000. I took my German car to Newberry Imports. They called me back a few hours later saying everything checks out, my control arms are fine, my fluids checked out. They only recommended an engine air filter and tire rotation which was due anyway. The tab was MUCH smaller. Really impressed by their honesty. They didnt try to shake me up for business like dealers do.

Basil Iannone Took a work vehicle for a safety inspection. Spent $1,200. A few weeks later, I took it to a tire shop to get new tires and they showed me the struts (see the photo). So, I guess struts are not part of a safety inspection...Needless to say I will not be taking any of my vehicles back. Amy in the front office is wonderful though. But I dont trust the mechanic.

Rashaud Walker Was due to start a new job soon so I wanted to bring my car into a good transmissions shop for some work to be done. I should’ve known when I was teenagers in the back working on cars that I was not in the right place but with the weekends fast approaching I was literally out of options, mind you there was no issues with my trans whatsoever when I brought it to this man, in fact I only did it as a means of work knowing I live almost an hour and thirty minutes from my job. They were only suppose to be doing an oil change and transmission fluid flush as well as transmission oil filter and gasket. Dude has my car for 3-4 hours right? I come to pick it up the tab was $460 not bad right? I I didn’t even make it home before my cars transmission started shifting wildly out of control. Now it won’t hardly shift at all. On top of that my cars oil engine light is coming on when I stop my car but goes off when I accelerate, another issue that I was not having prior to coming here and trusting this shop. He now wants to pit the blame on a OBD sensor scan when I know for a fact my car was reading this codes when I brought it in, which suggest me to believe that he’s no more honest than the shop in Ocala that’s under investigation for the same reason. I urge everyone with the means to keep their receipts and document and verify all work done and undone to your vehicles, unfortunately we are now living in selfish times where you have to protect yourself from people that appear honest and professional on the surface. I’m having issues with my damn car that I haven’t had since I brought it a year ago, upon bringing this to his attention I also have not heard back from him in either. At this point it’s pretty obvious that no one there has at least a decade of auto experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, my car has a v6 Pentastar in it, and if they can’t even work on a damn v6 your gonna trust him with your v8? No thank you. Never again bro. You didn’t even respond to my messages no call backs or anything and I wouldn’t bring my car back here anyway, thanks for stealing my money and adding more bills and stress to life.

Tina King This place is amazzing! Bought a car from Toyota paid 13,000 a week ago and codes were showing up took it to 3 different places told me it was a sensor. He quoted me a price took my car came back and a hose had not been out on properly which made it throw the codes! He could have still charged me but he didnt! He let me know the issue corrected it and I was on the road! Very knowledgeable very family oriented! I have been in Gville 2 years without a mechanic I feel so much better that I have one now! Dont go anywhere else! He is a Gem and so is his other employees!

Their service is quick, professional, and expert. My daughter’s car has had some issues the past couple years, and the mechanics at Tomlinson have done a phenomenal job with transparent communication and pricing. I would like to add to this review that their front desk man Antonio is exceptional as well. Amin hosseininasab They are experts in reparing german cars. I first took my Mercedes to Continental Imports becuase it was leaking coolant. They wanted to charge 3K (2K in labor) to repair the leak, and they also let me know that my oil gaskets are "leaking badly" and need to be replaced for another 3K (2K in labor). They charged me 200 bucks just for that inspection. I then took my car to Magic Auto repair based on recommendations from several of my friends. They repaired my coolant leak and replaced everything Continental wanted to replace at 1500! They also let me know that its not the oil gaskets that are leaking oil! It was some common wear that they could repair for 500 bucks! I had my car up and running smoothly a 1/3 of the price Contenential wanted to charge me. These guys are professional, extremely nice and receptive, and have an amazing mechanic that is an expert for german cars. I have been to many mechanics throughout the years, and I can confidently say Magic Auto repair are the best. I will be taking my car to them from now on, and highly recommend you do too!

Jake Davis They had my f150 for a month and couldnt figure out the brakes whatsoever. Had it back for two days and with a little help from some family we had the brakes almost fixed.They never bled the abs module whatsoever and told me the brakes werent great at all and told me to drive it off the property with attitude. Wouldnt take a tonka truck to them. Steer very clear of these guys because for $700 I could have went somehwere else and had great brakes sooner and without a headache/chance of collision and serious bodily injury.

He remained in contact with us throughout the process. We have now gotten our car back and everything works perfectly. His shop really helped us out of a bind. Highly recommended!

Victor Marik I would be very careful if you go here. He seems like a nice guy and that is why i trusted him with doing some work. I took my car in and he worked on it to try and fix what we both agreed was the problem. This didnt end up being the problem so i payed a lesser fee and took the car back. (This was after he had my car for a full month!!) This wasnt really what bothers me though. When I got the car back coincidentally the gas cap light was on, I have never seen it before. Also overdrive button was missing. I took it back thinking they would fix the problems they caused. He comes back without telling me anything and says he fixed the gas cap problem with a new Evap Valve and came back with an outrageous repair price (I never acknowledge work to be done at all). We eventually settled on a lower price which I felt was reasonable, but I still didnt understand how that just started showing up after the repair and he never gave me the old part that he promised he would. He said he found the button and will glue it back on. I come in 3 days later.. I never got a call that they were done gluing the overdrive button on. The button is glued on but its completely nonfunctional!!!!!, and he broke the top off of my shift lever and didnt fix it!!! They seem like nice people and I have had work done in the past and have been fairly satisfied but this last visit was awful...... I was recently cleaning out my car and it looks like a dog was in the back. Dog hair everywhere and dog slobber on the windows. Someone was using my car to transport there dog while it was in service for more than a month. Very disappointed.
