5 /5 Khaled Elraie: First time using them. Had a great experience. I had gone to another "fancy" shop downtown first. Those other guys told me I needed a bunch of repairs that I didnt think I needed (replace control arms, replace all fluids, brake pads, etc.) that would have totaled $3000. I took my German car to Newberry Imports. They called me back a few hours later saying everything checks out, my control arms are fine, my fluids checked out. They only recommended an engine air filter and tire rotation which was due anyway. The tab was MUCH smaller. Really impressed by their honesty. They didnt try to shake me up for business like dealers do.

2 /5 Basil Iannone: Took a work vehicle for a safety inspection. Spent $1,200. A few weeks later, I took it to a tire shop to get new tires and they showed me the struts (see the photo). So, I guess struts are not part of a safety inspection...Needless to say I will not be taking any of my vehicles back. Amy in the front office is wonderful though. But I dont trust the mechanic.

1 /5 Lissette Maillo: Walked in with low air in my tires and asked if they can be filled like any other normal place in Gainesville are kind enough to just help. White old lady in the front says we charge 16$ to check it. Now I get every place is a business trying to survive, that was not my issue. My issue was her attitude and how she said it. In this world it’s not what you say it’s HOW you say it. It’s called having professionalism and saying I’m so sorry I unfortunately we have to charge here for that. I would’ve been fine with a kinder response but the fact that her response was we charge 16 dollars to check it. Bland and dry ass response again instead of professionally responding in a better manner. Don’t go to this place if you want kind welcoming humans. I rate this place a zero. Mind you I work in the medical field. Do better people. If you work with people daily take classes to know how to respond, approach and speak to people. PERIOD.
