Terrell Taylor This is absolutely the most unprofessional and rude auto shop that I have dealt with in my entire life. My daughter was driving home from FCCU and her car broke down. We had the vehicle towed to this location because it had great reviews. After the diagnostic was completed on the vehicle we were told that the engine seized and is locked up. I ask if they had an idea why it did that. The response I got from a woman that I spoke with the first time was that the owner checked it and it was locked up. I told her thank you and asked if he knew why. She said she did not know but the mechanic is certified and what he said is what it is. I asked if I could speak to the person that did the diagnostic and she told me no he is too busy and that’s what she is for. Her tone was extremely rude and seemed as if me asking for a few more details was a hassle. I felt the conversation was getting hostile so I reset to de-escalate the conversation to let her know I was asking for clarity to figure the next step I would like to take to fix my daughters vehicle. Eventually the young lady agreed to have someone call me back with more information. The good part is that someone called me back shortly and I was very appreciative. The lady that called me back was pleasant and very sweet. Her name is Oneida and she explained what they did for the vehicle. I asked her the same question and she tried to explain as best she could. She has really great customer service. As I was about to ask what the options were to fix the vehicle one of the mechanics got on the phone with a hostile and matter of fact tone saying “BMWs don’t have a dip stick!” I told him I know I work on them all the time. I was trying to tell him what I was asking Oneida but he cut me off, and pretty much began dismissing me. I tried to get a word in and he hung up on me. Literally hung up. I waited about a minute and no one called me. So I called them back. This was one of the most disappointing and utterly ridiculous ways to treat a customer. It’s pretty sad considering I was about to spend at the least 4k dollars on repairs. It’s okay because I’m sure they don’t care. Well, Oneida seems like she cares. I really appreciate her. I love to give business to auto repair shops that are not national companies and large corporations but this is a missed opportunity. I would consider trying a few other places before going to this location. Thank you Oneida! If it was not for her I would not give a star at all.

Charles Harris 07/14/2018 Back in march, my car was hit in a parking garage in Miami. It took me months of arguing back and forth with the other drivers insurance company to reach an adequate settlement and rental car arrangement to get my car repaired. Finally, just over a week ago, we finally reach a settlement and can get the ball rolling on the repairs, and I already knew where I wanted to have the repairs done. The owner and staff at Direct Repair Collision have a much better word of mouth reputation around town than the few reviews left here(as of this posting) would indicate. Consult multiple sources of information before making your final decision...as a general rule, but also here. This was the first time I have had to have cosmetic repairs done on a car, and was totally ignorant of the insurance process for doing so. Enter Direct Repair Collision Center. From my estimate to picking up my car just yesterday after the repairs were completed, they were friendly, hospitable, and totally transparent. They humored the myriad of questions I pelted them with at each stage of the process with incredible patience, worked with my work schedule for getting the car to and from them, and kept me up-to-date of the progress being made, as well as any set-backs encountered. The repairs my vehicle required were relatively minor, but still required a certain amount of skill to do, and especially to do well. Upon picking up my car I was met with quality work that left no indication that there was ever a collision. The damage required one of my headlight lenses to be replaced. Since my car is a few years old now, the headlight lenses had started to yellow as they all too often do here under the Florida sun. An aesthetic concern of mine was the dramatic difference that would be so glaringly obvious after the repairs...one new lens, one faded, fogged, yellowed lens. I talked to the owner, and he let me know that they could bring the old lens, that would not be replaced by the insurance claim, back to a near-new appearance. (I would know, and would be able to tell the difference, but most folks wouldnt be able to tell.) They did not disappoint, I had to do a double take when I returned to pick up my car, and for a split second while looking over the finished job I couldnt remember which one had been replaced. Since the the damage was incurred, I had not been as diligent about my cleaning/vacuuming regiments...was kind of disheartened by washing it and not being able to overlook the huge boo-boo on the front bumper. In addition to the cosmetic repairs, they also detailed my car inside and out, which it was (and guys, I apologize for how bad it was), far beyond being in need of. Monday afternoon(7/09/18), I dropped off a car in need of some repairs and a little TLC, and Friday afternoon(7/13/18) I picked up a car that I had forgotten how much I appreciated(especially after being in a rental for a few days), and that had been repaired and pampered far beyond expectation. Give Jeff and his crew a call the next time you find yourself (your car) in need of repair. I am quite sire you will not be disappointed. I have attached a few before and after shots for reference.

Not too many body/ repair shops wanted to tackle a front end repair and what turned out to be a complete Torch Red paint job. Sun Coast A few months ago I had some damage to my GMC Yukon and filed an insurance claim and the insurance company mandated the use of a corporate auto body shop. I recently damaged the same Yukon this time of my own fault so I decided to pay out of pocket for the repair. I went to the body shop that just did the repair and got an estimate. While leaving literally down the street was Cowboy Way Auto Body, I stopped in and had them provide an estimate. It was literally half the cost of the shop down the street. I am not one to take the lowest price, I own a successful company, we are considered to be one of the most expensive in the industry but we have an internationally known very good reputation. So after I received the estimate I looked at Cowboy Way Auto Bodys reviews and they had more reviews and were higher rated than the original shop that was twice the money. So half the price and a better reputation in the community? This was an easy choice. They are a family owned and operated business, they were polite, professional and I booked on the spot and paid for the materials. The following Monday I dropped the Yukon off. They had the repair done and my truck cleaned and ready to go by Thursday. The repair appeared to be better done then the previous repair, no evidence of orange peel in the paint work. My business made its reputation on Google reviews. Experience has taught me over the years to provide the very best service possible. I received the same business ethic from Cowboy Auto Body. They were half the price and the work and experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!!

Keith Landrum If you want a mechanic to throw ineffective solutions at a problem, this is the place to go. I had brake problems and they wanted $600+ for rear pads and rotors to be replaced. To then say they will replace the brake booster if that didnt fix it (I didnt ask for a price since $600 for two rotors and pads was ridiculous in my opinion.) I swapped my rear brakes myself for $125 for parts. Which ended up not the issue since my pads and rotors were not in terrible shape in the first place. Everyone there is nice and friendly which is a plus, but Im not a fan of how they go about diagnostics.

When I finally picked my truck up they didn’t even put a new bed on it so they lied to me about that. Also when I picked my truck up I noticed that my bed was bouncing around when I looked I seen they didn’t even screw the bed of my truck in!! Highly do not recommend going here!!!!!

Sharoona Had oil changed and staff mentioned plug was on too tight prior, and it would need to be replaced. A few days after getting oil changed we noticed oil spots on our driveway where we had been parked. We took our vehicle to our mechanic and he said the plug was just about ready to fall out. He tightened and everything is good, but certainly could have turned out different.

James Jeffcoat Great friendly staff. They helped me out in a pinch when I was in there area from another city. The prices were fare, work completed was done with integrity. The only down fall I have with this place was that when my car went in for the repairs I had a key for the lug nuts on the center console with some lug nuts. When I left the lug nuts were installed on the hummer, but my key for them was never returned to me. I would recommend them for repairs, believe the owners are honest, and believe their work is completed and done without shortcuts. If they would have returned my lug nut key they would have gotten a 5 star rating easily. If you need your car fixed this is the place to go, but keep the things you want at home and out of the car when you drop it off.

Waldemar Rentas Went there for brake problems and they found nothing so they offered a brake cleaning which I agreed to because the seller priced it below 900 dollars including the diagnosis and it would only take 3 hours. The job took about 6 hours and it became a total of 1000 dollars. The day before they charged me for the 300 dollars and the next day they charged me a whopping 700 dollars which I am guessing was the extra hours they spent on my car after saying it was only going to take 3. Do not recommend!

N On youtube I bought a used Ford truck from them last month. I waited a few hundred miles to be sure it was running smoothly and Im glad to say it is! They didnt negotiate price but to be fair, I did a ton of searching and they had the truck I wanted for the best price within a 4 hour drive so, I still got a better deal than anywhere else. I dealt with the manager, Bobby, and salesmen Hailee. Both were nice, professional and didnt pull any sales gimmicks. In my research I saw that the only bad reviews for this dealer were from people who thought the sticker price was the out-the-door price. Every dealer adds taxes, registration fees, and has some additional fees. None of their fees seemed excessive and all were for services provided. Talk about the out-the-door price and to avoid confusion. They gave me a great deal on a truck I really like and I highly recommend their business.

Gisela Gaspar Called ahead looking for a much sought after Jeep part. Part was in stock and they scheduled my vehicle for install. I showed up at the scheduled appointment time, they took my vehicle in , installed the part , and I was in and out. For a small dealership, they delivered! I drove 2 hrs in each direction, but the availabilty of the part is what awarded this dealership the 5 stars.
