Becky Ryan Cant comment on service because I was refused. I was referred to 6th Street by the local Auto Parts store when my airbag sensor light came on & they were unable to get a code on their diagnostics. The very rude front desk guy told me to go to a dealer because they dont do airbag work, and refused to even run a diagnostic for me. Went across the road to AutoZone where a very friendly young man was able to diagnose & print a report in about 2 minutes. Mind you I wasnt looking for free, I would have paid 6th Street. But the dude with the tude wasnt interested.

savannah turner they did a great job at helping me with my car, and it is lowered so they are able to work on modified vehicles. the problem i took it for was worse than expected so they hooked me up to fix it all for a great price and great service, they always answered the phone and had a good answer when i called or came to ask they even let me have my keys back for a second to check my car out when i got home and realized i had puddles of oil all over the driveway lol (not the issue i took it for but it was a simple fix i did myself in the driveway of the shop) definitely recommend them they got my car done super fast

Don Avedisian Rude and unprofessional. DO NOT go here!!! My daughter had tire worked on and when she came home center cap was gone. Called them and they were clueless. A great example of why you can’t do business with locals. Contacting BBB. Ridiculous.

Amanda Waters Over priced and poor customer service. They did a good job but the experience was not good. Charged 50.00 a tire for just installation. No road hazard or life time balance.

No One I am an ASE certified automotive repair. technicion, and this shop just cost me a $300 tire. When I asked them for a flat repair, they drilled a larger hole in the tire and put a temporary plug in it. The temporary plug will dry out and leak. The steel belt is much more likely to break. The shop is very incompetent and I do not recommend anybody attempt to receive services from this shop ever. Theyre incompetent and malicious, theyre going to rip everybody off.

Jacob Kreitner I recently visited the Macclenny FL location, after driving all day yesterday from Illinois, we experienced an issue with my car, it was smoking and had a small leak under the car the night prior to visiting Jiffy Lube. Checked the oil the next day and the car was completely fine and there was no leaks. Roger and Steve helped me to get the problem figured out and planned out where we need to go next to permanently fix the issue. These guys were great at taking no time to figure out what was wrong.

After I explained to Ronnie (Boss) my financial situation he agreed to knock of the tow charge by roughly 50%, he DID NOT have to do that but it just shows just what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. We headed towards Michigan yesterday and not even 45 minutes into our trip back home our vehicle decides to take a break and wouldnt go over 25 mph. We called the tow truck and both boys were so impressed as this was by far the biggest truck theyve ever been in or around... they both crawled over to our driver Ron and he let them climb with open arms to the steering wheel. Its one day before July 4th and Robbie dropped other work to prioritize us, having had to order in parts and arrange so as to complete the job before the holiday and also spent time testing the car to make sure things were good Not only that but he was reasonable priced and honest If I lived around here, I would use him all the time for our fleet of vehicles. Robbie and his workers reinforce my faith that there are still decent friendly good people out there. Good to have met you!

Heather Hendricks Southern Diesel & Auto has been the most reliable shop for my cars for years and years. I trust them with all of my vehicles. They’ve done things from lifting my F250 to install bumpers and pod lights on my Wrangler. They’ve replaced an engine in my 95 F250. Done all my engine repairs on my 05 F250 and replaced the wiring harnesses throughout. They’ve installed an exhaust system on my mustang. And a million more things over the last decade I’ve been going to them. They do great work and are great people to work with. Couldn’t recommend any shop more than this one.

Zeb Howard Had my truck in there a few weeks ago and was told we needed a new engine to the tune of 13-15k, said we had a bad wrist pin or the piston was slapping the cylinder wall. Picked the truck up and decided to do some more homework for myself. Found 6.0 injectors can be a little picky when it comes to oil so I decided to change the oil and use motorcraft 15/40 with arcoil additive (had delo 15/40 synblend) and low and behold within a week of daily driving the engine noise disappeared. Wouldnt even have left this review except I was assured by the guy who diagnosed the truck that the engine was toast, and yet it was not. When I asked how he diagnosed it, the only method he cited was his many years of experience and how many times hed seen this issue. I know people mess up but an oil change fixing a bad engine.....Thats kinda over the top.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure the old color matched and took his time to explain the extra cost paid out by the insurance company that came in during the time they had the car. The car looks like perfection where the work was done. Very impressed. Would recommend this shop to anyone. 10 stars!

Sydney Cleveland On Sunday, my car broke down on I-10 and this was the nearest auto shop that I could get towed to. They were closed on Sunday, but we were able to get in touch with Mike first thing Monday morning. He was able to take a look at my car and figure out what was going on. He had to order a specific part, but was delivered on Tuesday, and was able to get it installed and we were able to pick my car up that afternoon on Tuesday. Mike is a quiet guy, but very nice and took care of us so we could get back home (an hour and 15 minutes from his shop). Very thankful that Mike is good at what he does and fixed our car for us with a quick turnaround and on such short notice. Would recommend him to anyone in the area, or if you get in a position like me where your car breaks down in the area, Mike will take care of you! Thanks Mike! Much appreciated!

Ernesto Palacios I came to Mike for a few warning lights that came up on my dash, after visiting a couple shops in Macclenny that were booked up. We set up a time for me to drop off the vehicle so he could look it over, he was very easy to schedule with. In the same day he sent me a detailed break down of all the issues he found after his inspection. He broke down the price for parts and labor individually for each repair, which were very fair. He also broke it down in priority order. This really help me make sure I focused on the immediate repairs that needed to be done, and which ones could wait. After he replaced my lower control arms, which was done promptly, he took me to take a look at the old part. He showed me exactly where the problems were on the old control arms. He didnt have to, as I never asked, this just shows his dedication to taking care of his customers from start to finish. He is thorough, honest, and does fantastic work. I will recommend Mike to anyone I hear needs a Mechanic. I appreciate his dedication to his craft. If you can get your car to the shop, you definitely will not be disappointed.
