5 /5 Rosemary Rodriguez: We come to this Jiffy Lube for the past 8 years and for the past 3 years we were just informed during this service that weve been getting the wrong oil put into our vehicle from the past workers that serviced her for 3 years!!!! So Mr Roger was very transparent with every detail of what was going to be done and offered the correct oil to be put into our vehicle He’s very informative and great customer service.we appreciate his service

5 /5 Jacob Kreitner: I recently visited the Macclenny FL location, after driving all day yesterday from Illinois, we experienced an issue with my car, it was smoking and had a small leak under the car the night prior to visiting Jiffy Lube. Checked the oil the next day and the car was completely fine and there was no leaks. Roger and Steve helped me to get the problem figured out and planned out where we need to go next to permanently fix the issue. These guys were great at taking no time to figure out what was wrong.
