Chad Sanders Maybe theyre just too busy, but I didnt appreciate the lack of desire on their part to discuss my issue when I came by in person with my vehicle. I reluctantly left my vehicle with them, at 830am, as they told me theyd "try to work me in". They couldnt and I picked my vehicle up at the end of the day. No apology or concern on their part as I picked it up, just a "we couldnt get to it today" reply. Literally, the guy didnt care. Im not a regular there and wont be.

Hines best price to replace my Toyota alternator. around 900, when other shops quoted 11-1300. it was towed there, and i didnt ride with the tow. i told them before hand on the phone that i knew the alternator was the issue. but after it got there, they still did an extensive battery check even though i just bought one. . But was only $70 of the bill and i wasnt there to ask, so cant be too mad

Damion Goodwin This guy I worked with some months back and was supposed to work on my lower control arm and he told me one price and told me to get the part which is what I did and he did not tell me any other price if I were to get it . Once I called him for repair after I got the part he told me it would be a higher price which had me in shock so I told him nevermind and I want a refund. Which he said “ No I took out dents and checked your car so you won’t get a refund” which #1 I didn’t even come for dents to be repaired, #2 He didn’t even take out the dents, #3 my car was still not fixed, #4 He took my money and trespassed me because I called the cops on him. This guy is beyond unprofessional and should not be worked with. Be advised that this guy will scam you and block you afterwards after not caring.

Neil Schlupp Driving from St. Louis to Marco Island Florida and our AC went out on our 2016 BMW X3. After several calls all over Tallahassee I found AW. Was told to come in and we will check out the vehicle and get you on the road asap. Had compressor issue and AW had the replacement part the next day. Put a mechanic on this job that morning and was on the road by noon. Truly thankful for all the effort to get this repair done and what was a fair price for the repair. BlueRSX I needed a second opinion for a problem that was originally diagnosed by the dealership. David checked my car and even drew a sketch to illustrate what the issue was. As someone with a design background, I really appreciated that ^_^. They found the parts I needed and the repair was several thousand dollars less than what the dealership was charging for an issue that wasnt the actual problem. Michael Fulater Gave them a call on a Monday from Tennessee to inquiry a clutch replacement for my sons car in Tally. Car was in the shop on Tuesday and repairs completed on Thursday, all on the low end of several estimates. Will and Stephon were in steady communication with issues that arose. Had a couple of roadblocks, but they found a way around them. Did not even suggest replacement of some parts I was concerned with because they were not worn out yet. At 70 years old, Ive had my share of auto repair shop experiences. A+++ for these guys!

Dylan Stevens Pioneer Brake & Auto Repair is definitely the place to go to. This place is ran by very knowledgeable guys. They helped me diagnose my express van and figure out why this check engine light was on. Matt ran a smoke test to check for vacuum leaks, checked my fuel pressure, and looked at my fuel intake levels on the scanner. Very thorough diagnosis indeed. They found it to be the mass flow sensor Jerry told me to go with the OEM sensor, which of course I didn’t because of lifetime warranty from AutoZone. Still had a few problems, finally went with OEM and drives like brand new. Thanks guys

Rick Hall Vol-Car is a reasonable alternative to the Dealership after ones odometer rolls past the warranty. (An event for which Volvos are famous). They understood my S60 potentially has 3 different brake shoe/rooter specifications. Service was prompt, staff were friendly. Give them a try.
