5 /5 Elisabeth Mitchell: The service here is beyond incredible. The idea of going into an auto shop and being in a BETTER mood when leaving is an experience I’ve only had at Fountains. They are truly so kind, so knowledgeable, and will tell it to you straight. Stephon went above and beyond to make every part of the experience easier and Will has been helpful whenever I called. Glenn was amazing and took time to help me however he could even though the shop was incredibly busy. I almost want to gate keep how great they are for myself but they honestly deserve the business. If you’re looking for an auto shop in Tallahassee, this should definitely be your first choice. I know you’ll be happy with the decision.

5 /5 Michael Fulater: Gave them a call on a Monday from Tennessee to inquiry a clutch replacement for my sons car in Tally. Car was in the shop on Tuesday and repairs completed on Thursday, all on the low end of several estimates. Will and Stephon were in steady communication with issues that arose. Had a couple of roadblocks, but they found a way around them. Did not even suggest replacement of some parts I was concerned with because they were not worn out yet. At 70 years old, Ive had my share of auto repair shop experiences. A+++ for these guys!

2 /5 Arathi Paramsothy: Everyone was very friendly and the repairs were quick, given my truck broke down unexpectedly. They kept me updated on the repair status as well and were extremely accommodating. I would be happy to give a 5-star if it werent for the fact that some of the lines they repaired are leaking 3 weeks later and now require me to drop another $1000 in repairs.

1 /5 Kimberly H: Horrible people. They replaced a part and gave me a warranty. The car stopped working the same day I picked it up and they wouldnt honor the warranty. They ignored my calls, but kept the money. Fortunately, I found another mechanic who saw that they installed my part wrong and corrected THEIR mistake. The people that own this business are not the Fountains, who started it. Avoid them!!
