Angel Roebuck I am an Insurance agent, and my member scheduled an appointment, gave all her insurance info, office staff said they accepted her insurance, had her come in and saw her, just to bill her $300 on her third visit. She liked the Doctor, but the office staff is incompetent and rude. If they did not accept her insurance, why would they see her, just to try to bill her $300 on her follow up visits. They scheduled a phone call to try to i guess apologize, but then never even did that. If they do not accept someone insurance, they need to tell the member that so they can go somewhere else.

Jennifer Ridenour Rude staff. Tried to make an appointment no answer for weeks no call back. Went in office super rude and said dr is new which is a lie…. She was arguing about not answering the phone. And I said I guess reviews are true then. Office lady said then why are you here. I said bc of insurance
