1 /5 dylan wilson: Dont go here. Unfortunately, I tried to give them a chance for years as my primary care. But they are consistently unprofessional to deal with and do a horrible job with their diagnosis. It doesnt seem to matter which doctor you see. They are quite happy with the satus quo as you can see from other reviews. It doesnt matter if you come early to your appointment. You can expect to wait well over 30 minutes. Today was the final straw. No one else was in the office waiting room. I came in early for my 12:15pm appointment at 12:09pm. I waited for 25 minutes and asked the lady in the window when i could expect to be taken into the back. She told me she would find out and never came back. I waited another 15 minutes with no contact, I had to ask someone else as the other lady never returned and was told that in another 10 to 15 minutes and they might be ready to bring me back or I could just reschedule. Mind you, they will make you wait again in the backroom before the doctor will come in. What a joke. I was told they take so long because something along the lines of the Drs do such quality work they take their time. Id say it was more likely they were enjoying their lunches instead.

She goes above and beyond in tending to her doctors patients with her kindness, care and consideration. She is very sweet and a definite asset to his practice.

1 /5 jenny stern: This rating is strictly for Dr Jennifer Seder Ramirez: I had an appointment today to update my FMLA paperwork and submit a referral request. The FMLA paperwork needed updating, but the nurse who originally completed it is no longer working at the facility. As a result, I requested to see another doctor, Dr. Jennifer Seder Ramirez, for the update. However, since I am not Dr. Ramirez’s patient, she declined to update it. Dr. Ramirez saw me for only two minutes and stated that she could submit a referral but nothing else. There was no evaluation, and she did not check anything that doctors typically examine. I would have scheduled an appointment with Dr. Connor, but he was on vacation. Next time will wait for him. Understandable that his next appointment available is not until December! Next time won’t waste my time unless it’s with Dr Connor!
