Doctor Giselle hernandez was there. Hmm. Security threatening but stepped back after I put doctor on speaker and left her know they had intentions of throwing me out of hospital after I heard my mothers doctor Giselle hernandez didnt exist. Took pictures but they stepped back after let doctor Giselle hernandez know I was Democrat under Joe Biden and kamala Harris. Gave Democrat number.

Edward LaFontant I would rate this facility zero stars if possible. My experience was deeply troubling. Staff left my father lying in soiled bedding, showing a lack of basic care and dignity. The doctors appeared indifferent and unwilling to communicate effectively or offer assistance. Additionally, I overheard staff speaking negatively in Spanish, seemingly under the assumption that others would not understand. To make matters worse, only one person was allowed to stay with their loved one, while others were forced to wait outside in the rain. The overall service and treatment at this hospital were unacceptable.

Simona Aquaro In the past few days I had the “pleasure” to visit the Baptist three times. First two times in homestead the other one on Kendal drive. I came in for an emergency! That’s why I went to the ER and not in the waiting room of a doctor. I spent so many hours in the ER without no reasons. Today I’m still at the hospital. Came in at 11 am. They only did one blood test around 12 pm. After that I’ve been just waiting and waiting for one simple medication. It is now 8 pm and nothing. No nurse know anything!!! They all seem that they don’t know shit! I don’t even know what’s their job here. Walking around taking blood pressure I guess! It is ridiculous waiting so long since I came in for an EMERGENCY!!!!! What kind of emergency have you wait a full day?????? What happens if I get worse while waiting???? Who do I sue??? This is just ridiculous!!! Don’t ever come for emergency to the Baptist!

Ed Nolan I am finding little or no service with Baptist Health. I am having a few issues and trying to manage them. When I try to schedule appointments through their system it tells me I need to call. When I call it is a central scheduling person who says I will forward you to the front desk of the provider I am trying to g to reach. Then I sis on hold for ever and no one picks up. A scheduler told me one of the providers would call me back the next day because it was close to closing. That was 3 days ago. If you try to call the primary care office in Marathon they close at 4 and stop answering the phones at 3:30. My level of frustration with BH is beyond belief. Unfortunately there is not a whole lot of choice in the FL Keys. Since most of my records are with them I have been reluctant to make a change. I guess I will try Mt Siani and travel the 2-1/2 hrs to Miami for my future needs.

Erik Carney I can not say enough nice things about the people I interacted with at this hospital. They were patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Also, the hospital itself is top notch. I just had a surgery there on Friday and my experience was phenomenal! From the check in through the checkout I was amazed at how wonderful these people are. I am so grateful that I am no longer in pain and if I ever need hospital services again I will be going to Jackson memorial. Thank you all for your kindness and support!!

Selena Golden Still red flagged from receiving treatment here over an incident that happened years ago. Its unfortunate you see, I have some rare chronic conditions and they have doctors there that could help but because Miss Betty doesnt allow me to have a fair hearing or always tells me no based on no evidence and its causing me detrimental harm mentally and especially physically. I wouldnt go here if you have any mental health issues, they will 100% call security and use it against you. (Security said there was no case so theres no reason I should be red flagged still.)
