1 /5 Basura Shelf: William Trattler MD HIs office is giving me big problems. I agreed to an upgrade for cash not covered by insurance. I am unable to prove I have cancelled verbally because they dont have email other than info. I wrote an email to info but have no idea if they will read it. I want to let them know asap so they dont find excuses to keep this refundable money. I feel screwed. Hope doctor trattler sees this review and sees that the problem is resolved.
This is what I need to convey to Dr Trattler
Dr Trattler I wish to request a full and complete refund of the $1500 payment for the upgraded lense. i have been trying all day to convey this request to your office.
I fear I am taking a commission from your saleperson/ closer and the refund request loses a problem
As soon as I paid I asked the closer to explain the instructions and she was dismissive and told me to read it myself. After making a $1500 sale.
Please make this quick and easy for us both. I need a written acknowledment of the refund request.
real soon to avoid further need to try to get your attention. my guess is you may make more money on the upgrades than on what Medicare pays ,and my request may be distressing .
It was a nightmare today trying to communicate with your office. Two different people asked my why i want to cancel the upgrade and request a full and complete refund. No one would agree to acknowledge my request in writing.
I see you have a money minting machine and I am nobody. I am like a mouse trying to get through to an elephant.
I need to request a total cancellation of all scheduled procedures. I dont dare to risk making your people mad.
thank you for a rapid acknowledgment so I dont have to go further in getting your attention. Dont let this go to the weekend please. Your office staff said you wouild call. I dont need that. That seems to be a way of getting rid of me rather than sending the requested acknowledgement.

need to communicate further, as I know how to do , I will need to fly out of florida to get my eyes fixed as you are a highly respected well promoted practitioner who probably pays good kickbacks Thank you for understanding. PS This has stimulated my curiosity. Considering this situation is a national issue from the standpoint of the non medicare payments Your industry uses medicare paid anesthesia ,facility ,personnel to derive extra money. should your industry reimburse medicare from the extra payment. Is that potentially a qui tam action? Probably not, but it wouid be easy to ask the question on the internet. I have no interest in litigation nor do i have a claim, but I would not mind giving true information to a lawyer who would try to sic your industry. LOL
PS on a lighter note. The most important person in your office. the saleslady/closer who took my credit card payment in advance, has the personality of a fish. ( not a guppy, Maybe a Pantagonian tooth fish)
