1 /5 Spinner’s Reviews: I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The bun on the Double Beef and Cheddar was far too small for the size of the sandwich. The roast beef and cheese were so runny that the bun became completely saturated and fell apart. When I requested a larger bun, I was told that this new, smaller bun is now standard across all locations. Unfortunately, it does not adequately support the sandwich and it really affected my meal.
Additionally, I asked for my order to be for dine-in but received it in a to-go bag. The manager was not helpful when I brought these concerns to their attention. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also below expectations as the restroom lacked soap, and several booths could have used more thorough cleaning.
Overall, this experience has made me reluctant to return to Arby’s.
