Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bartow (FL)

2 /5 Angel Schierbeek: Got a takeout order and was charged for guacamole we didn’t order. We were almost home when noticed. Tried to call to complain and recording was worthless. Said they emailed a link to resolve but they do not have an email for us, so needless to say, unable to get our $2.75 back. I never been to this restaurant before and will not be back. Also will put incident on Yelp , help is not friendly either

1 /5 Perez Julie (juju): One star because I craved chipotle after work. When my husband and I came in and we told a girl ( I didn’t catch her name ) throw it quickly on our bowls cause I asked for white rice with beans and chicken and my husband asked for brown rice with black beans and steaks and our bowls got swapped and throw it so freaky quickly. I told them nicely that I wanted my white rice with my chicken and black beans and they just said they’re sorry and they had their attitude, like dude, I got there at 9:30pm, not very close by 11pm. I also noticed the employees are young kids like I do understand what it likes to work in food service but man, just have some patience especially customer service too. I definitely planned not coming back of how our bowls got swapped and throw it so fast.

1 /5 Noah Cabrera: Freaking horrible experience the counter was so dirty employees were rude. Nobody bothered to clean up smashed food by the checkout. They were out of chicken at 7 o’clock at night. Nobody looks like they wanna work and everybody’s focused on getting online orders out instead of people that are in the store. Every single table was dirty Management really needs to take a look at the store because not a single employee that was working Friday night. Looked like they want to be there. I shouldn’t have to drive to a different chipotle to receive better service.

1 /5 Justin Lopez: First thing you’ll notice is that this place is an example of a health hazard. Food on tables and the floor. Food mixed in their containers where they fix your burrito. They are unable to make a burrito, and will not follow your order. The line is always long, because their employees are too worried about their phones (poor things). People have walked out the line (the smart ones), and I wished I joined them. Wouldnt be surprised if they fail a health inspection. I’d actually bet money that they would.

3 /5 Robin Esper: This place always has crunchy rice, so today I chose to get my rice on the side. The rice portion was in the same container as the chimichuri sauce... Thats just rude. It was not even close to the same that amount that would be put inside of a burrito or bowl. And whoever loaded the takeout bag did the worst job. They loaded the lightest bowl ON THE BOTTOM, put the sauces and sides IN THE MIDDLE, and loaded the heaviest bowl ON TOP. Who does that?!? Not happy at all. Food was okay, thankfully the rice was fully cooked.. THIS TIME.. this location is definitely getting worse.
