Arent those folks there to first *listen* to the customers orders, and then repeat back to them what they want? After all that I didnt get the hamburgers that I ordered, and my hard working wife and I dined on fries only. Unacceptable. This was supposed to be special, because she put in extra hours at her job. This isnt the first time. I Understand folks make mistakes, but not repetitive thoughtless ones. Cant Wendys hire smarter people than this? Wont be going back to Wendys again.
