2 /5 Alex Ordoñez: I’m not sure what happened to the days of when a restaurant screwed up, they would take accountability and actually do something to make it right. Today was my first visit to Bricktops Palm Beach. 1. The server forgot to bring an Iced tea. 2. The server forgot to bring our appetizer, lobster bisque. 3. The server did not bother to check in with us to see if everything was to our liking or if we needed anything else. In my day as a server this was LAW, we called it 2 bites 2 minutes. After food is delivered, check on the guest. Never happened so I wasn’t able to get another OJ with my brunch, which I must say was delicious. Yes I did talk to management and received a sorry. I like ending on a positive, the food was excellent. Apps: deviled eggs and lobster bisque, we finally received it in the middle of our entree. Pecan waffle and croque monsieur. Food 5 star, service 1 star. Just a suggestion, with so many options in town, take care of your guest and make them want to come back even if you screw up.
