1 /5 ShaQuana Weaver Gibson: I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this establishment. This morning, I placed an order for my children and me through the Uber Eats app. However, when I arrived to pick up our food, I discovered that half of my order was undercooked and missing items. I did not take a photo, but I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the manager on shift. Unfortunately, she displayed a negative attitude and failed to resolve the issue effectively. She acknowledged that she had not bagged my order correctly and informed me that hash browns were unavailable. I was taken aback by her unprofessional demeanor and lack of understanding. As a manager, I expect a higher level of customer service and conflict resolution. Serving cold, undercooked food is unacceptable. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never be going back to this establishment, not even for a bottle of water. Its very sad to spend money and not even get good customer service or hot food.
