4 /5 J J: Enjoyed our meal at Cooper’s Hawk. The Bleu Prime Skirt Steak Salad was really good — crunchy, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. Ellie’s Chicken Piccata was light and flavorful, and the lemon butter caper sauce was the highlight, pairing nicely with the capellini pasta. The lobster bisque was a bit on the salty side, and the bread & butter served with the meal didn’t quite compare to what you’d expect from other steakhouses. Overall, a nice dining experience with some standout dishes.
