New menus portions size went down still good ***the carnitas dinner was my favorite .ordered every time for a year almost .last night June 29,23…order it again! Now 14$ and it’s 3/4 onions and maybe 3/4 of a cup of pork for dinner? The server asked how it was I said “ besides this is barely any meat and 3/4 onions it’s fine!” His response? “So sorry “ and walks away. They never came back to the table-no more drink refills,no little tablespoon of meat,had to ask for the check???

2 /5 Mda8742: The service was very good. The handwritten updated prices look so tacky on the menu that Id rather have a paper menu. Margaritas were great. Cleanliness is not where it should be for a restaurant. Food is stretched to thin. My chicken breast was more like a flat pancake that had way too much seasoning. Beans and rice were middle of the road, not very warm either.

1 /5 Jamie Yancey: Twice Ive visited and ask the water for cow tongue! He happily obliged both times. Today I ask a different waiter and he informed me that they dont have cow tongue theyve never had it. Dont like being lied to. Ill never do business in that establishment again

5 /5 James Morris: 12/5/2025 was my very first time eating at this restaurant and I was seated almost instantly, my drinks were at my table within minutes, the food for my wife, my child and I was at my table within FIVE MINUTES! Fully cooked and fresh almost unbelievable. I Will definitely come back to El jaliscos to dine again!
