1 /5 Brent McGill: Guess this place got acquired. Such a shame. No wonder my $38 purchase for two "awesome burgers" was such a disappointment. What used to be an awesome meal was two pieces of bread with a small slice of mushroom in the middle. On the website where I ordered pick up it still clearly stated "awesome burger with awesome patty". I had to be the one to call and bring it to the stores attention. Furthermore we requested no mushroom on our sandwich as it usually comes with small mushrooms on top. Literally on the top of the box the cook wrote "no mushroom" and there she was, a slice of portobello mushroom for the patty. It was hard not to laugh. When I asked for a refund the person on the phone told me they would call back shortly after speaking to a manager, and they never did. Seems like the business model of decrease quality and costumer service to increase profit has set in. Such a shame. Good luck!!
