2 /5 Onara Garcia: Hardees used to have high standards, but today, those were not met. The lobby was closed, so we went to the drive-through. The difficulty in ordering should have been the first sign of how the rest of the visit would be. When paying, the cashier was not friendly, nor did she repeat the order-as the usual procedure. When the food was handed to us, there wasnt even a thank you for your business.
We drove down the road and opened the bag. The patties were much smaller than the bun and WAY overcooked and very thin. The fries were not hot, greasy, and not good. We were already on the road, or this order would have been returned. The decline in pride, courtesy, and customer service is unfortunate.
That was our last time at Hardees.
