1 /5 Elise Epperson: I recently picked up an order as a Dasher from this location, which was sealed and ready for delivery. Upon arriving at the customer’s address, she asked to inspect the food before I left. To our surprise, there was a visible clump of hair in the cheese sticks — clearly hard to miss.
We immediately called the restaurant to report the issue, and I remained present to witness the interaction. Unfortunately, the manager on duty, Emily Price, showed no concern. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, she hung up on the customer mid-conversation.
As a Dasher, I was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service and the dismissive attitude not only toward the customer but also toward me in my role. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on management. No customer — or delivery driver — should be treated this way, especially when raising a legitimate health and service concern.
