1 /5 John Burdon: While the food is fairly good, the management and service is terrible. For the third time in a row I made reservations, arrived on time, but was refused to be seated at an empty table. The excuse given by the hostess was that those tables were reserved for specific people. I was left waiting for more than 15 mins with empty tables sitting right in front of me. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was busy. I ask, who is more important to a business than the customer standing right there?
I have a group that plays golf at Palm Harbor twice a week and we have always finished our game with drinks and appetizers at Loopers. It has become apparent to me the management of Loopers does not appreciate routine repeat customers. I will now take both my golf and dining business to one of the other courses in the area. I am also going to advocate the same to my golf partners.
