1 /5 Courtney Webster: I have been coming to this popeyes for awhile and I can honestly say the service has gone way down, this is by far the worse popeyes! On my most recent visit I had an online order an when I went inside no spoke but the three ladies behind the counter all looked me in my face. I usually would leave but I had already ordered online. The lady bagging my food didnt have what I ordered so she started making substitutions to my order. When she finally turned around an acknowledged me maybe 5mins. I said I didnt want the substation. I was then advised it would be 20mins for my order at thus point its already been 10-15 mins if they had dropped more chicken when they realized they didnt have enough for orders I wouldve only had a 5min wait. The manager was counting money on the front counter an by the way she was struggling to count its clear the staff have no leadership. When asked to just cancel my order I was told they couldnt and to go back online. The staff clearly needs to be trained on customer service
