1 /5 Thai Le: If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have had in Winter Park. What was supposed to be a pleasant family night turned into a three-hour endurance test.
The service here isn’t just slow; it is non-existent. We waited one hour just to be seated. Once we finally got a table, it wasnt even set properly—we were missing plates and had to flag someone down just to get basic dinnerware. To make matters worse, the water served was warm.
The timeline of the meal was absurd:
It took another hour after seating just to receive two appetizers.
It took another hour after that for the main courses to arrive.
By the time the food finally hit the table, it was cold, over-seasoned to the point of being inedible, and completely unworthy of the recommendation. But the biggest failure was the coordination. There were four of us, yet they only brought out three plates. The fourth person had to sit there and watch everyone else eat for an additional 20 minutes. By the time their food finally arrived, everyone else was finished, and we were so exhausted by the three-hour ordeal that we just asked for a to-go box and left.
The management did comp us two entrees, but frankly, the money isnt the point. You can refund a couple of dishes, but the loss of family time is irreplaceable. You cannot buy back three hours of a ruined evening.
The place is clearly severely understaffed, loud (more like a chaotic bar than a restaurant), and the servers look miserable. Everything about this place screams mismanagement. I will never repeat this experience.
