3 /5 Byron Bullough: The buffet was splendid. The view, decor inside the restaurant, and being right on the water is all beautiful and top notch. The servers were friendly, welcoming, and did a nice job. Keep up the excellent work, you are appreciated and needed! The only drawback is the wait time once we got into the restaurant and how long it took to get our food. We were alerted that the kitchen was short-staffed, and it seems like it was that way for waiters and waitresses as well. Once that is taken care of, this place will be grand all around.

5 /5 Ember Wilson: I came here with family and friends for my 21st birthday brunch and the waitstaff was fantastic! They made me feel so special. It wasn’t super busy so I got to take cute photos with the beautiful decor and seating. Menu pricing was on the higher end, but the serving size and quality made it worth it! I definitely recommend the tiramisu latte and prosciutto benedict :) Wonderful service, great ambience, and food!

2 /5 Alex Clark: What a sad disappointment. It was our first time visiting Riverwalk Terrace that I found on Instagram. The design of the restaurant and terrace were a 9.8/10, only thing that could have made it better is fans on the terrace. I mean this is Florida come on, we need air flow. But the interior and rest of the design was AMAZING! The disappointment was the service. We were seated and then completely ignored. After 15 mins we flagged down a staff member and asked if we had a server. The woman acted surprised and said “yes someone will be with you shortly”. We waited another 5 minutes before the serve ran by and said “I’m so sorry, I have to run 7 credit cards before I will come back”. We waited another 5 minutes before we ever got water. There were 2 other staff members on the patio who completely ignored us and could have easily helped bring waters to the table. The food service was slow, but luckily the food itself was amazing. Great presentation, really good. But we had to flag down the server every time we needed refills on our waters which is basic level service. Clearly the restaurant lacks a strong management team directing the staff to cover areas appropriately. For this being a Marriott property and restaurant we were shocked with how poor the service was. Especially at the price we paid. I really hope that service improves because we are usually easily impressed and don’t complain, but this experience was really disappointing and hasn’t happened to us in a very long time.

5 /5 Yuley Gonzalez: Amazing waterfront surrounding, excellent service provided by Luz & Alian. Delious & healthy options like the Greek Yogurt with berries, honeycomb & granola w/ a hint of cinnamon, also the Eggehite Frittata was incredible with vegetables, goat, gruye & burratta cheese. Side of sourdough bread toast with homemade blood orange & strawberry spread. Cant forget the much needed Cappuccino. Will be back, if only for the breakfast. Happy & content Elite Marriot Partners.
