1 /5 Zeudis Escalona: We came to Santos Lounge to celebrate our anniversary, a special night we had planned with care, including a reservation for a specific table. The ambiance was lovely, the setting was beautiful, and we were truly enjoying ourselves… until we were abruptly asked to leave our table.
Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were told that our table was suddenly reserved for someone else. No apology, no effort to accommodate us—just a sharp, dismissive attitude from the hostess, who was not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful.
It completely ruined what was supposed to be a memorable evening.
The only bright spot was Gabriel Acevedo, who provided excellent service and treated us with kindness and care—he deserves recognition for his professionalism and genuine warmth. If only the rest of the staff had followed his example.
Santos Lounge, if you’re going to prioritize last-minute VIPs or whoever walks in over guests who booked ahead, at least train your staff to handle it with grace and respect. Because no one should leave your restaurant feeling the way we did.
