1 /5 M. C.: Needs new management Manager is rude and sarcastic. Manager lets store run out of gift cards so customer can’t order online for an online only special when customer only has cash. Manager won’t let customer finish speaking before interrupting and when told I’ll call corporate because all she has is excuses she replies “That’s fine’ sarcastically. No wonder there are so many other bad reviews.

1 /5 Katelin Wilson: I did an online order. I didn’t get the Bread I ordered, it came in stale white bread, it wasn’t toasted as requested, and it didn’t have the sauces on it that I also ordered. I tried calling the store a few times but no answer. This place SUCKS!

3 /5 Tabitha Willis: I walked in, another couple was ahead of me, 2 people in there, 1 running everything by herself the couple was taking literally what felt like forever meanwhile I stood there for over 15 minutes waiting .... there is no clear list for non menu items.. one day you go in and order something and get it and the next they say "oh we no longer do that" .. I am confused on why that is... if you have a meat to fix one sandwhich, can you not use that same meat to make a different sandwhich rather than what is on the menu? Not everyone wants the items listed, they just want some plain jane...

1 /5 Cameron Elking: Didnt receive my food, female associate seemed to not be able to help and was in a bad mood,terrible service once i showed that i placed the order and showed i had been charged they couldnt refund me and they wouldnt make my food this part being the managers fault since they were on the phone and relayed to the worker to not make it, the manager wouldnt allow the food i ordered to be made manager said since it didnt go through online though my bank and the app says it did and I showed proof of that to the associate that was on staff who also seemed to not understand there was no one other then me in the store iv ordered her a few times usually its fine but idk today they robbed me edit the made my food an hour later ridiculous
